No person shall remove or attempt to remove from this State an animal or bird, other than deer, protected by the provisions of the State Fish and Game Code, or, in the absence of any provision in said code to the contrary, protected by this Title. A nonresident holding a nonresidents' and aliens' hunting license may, however, in any one day, remove from the State the number of animals or birds that may be taken under the provisions of the State Fish and Game Code in one day by one person, or, in the absence of such provisions in said code, the number of animals or birds that may be taken under the laws of this State in one day by one person, but not more birds or animals may be removed by one person in one calendar week than the number that may be taken under the provisions of the State Fi
