Text
Nothing in this Title, or in any law supplementary thereto, or in any provision of the State Fish and Game Code, shall be construed to prohibit a regularly organized or incorporated association from holding what is commonly known as field trials or field days in this State for the handling and working of dogs upon game birds or animals. Dogs as defined in this section shall include hounds, bird dogs, and retrievers. The associations shall, however, first obtain a license from the division to hold the field trial or field day. The penalty for violation of this section shall be $20.00. Amended by L.1968, c. 448, p. 1811, s. 51; L.1970, c. 316, s. 2, eff. Dec. 21, 1970.
