§ 22A:4-6 — Fee of county clerk for court attendance
New Jersey·Title 22A FEES AND COSTS
22A:4-6. For attending, by deputy or in person, the daily sessions of the Law Division of the Superior Court held in the county, the county clerk shall receive per day three dollars ($3.00). L.1953, c.22, s.11; amended 1991,c.91,s.274.
