§ 21:2-23 — Denial of certificate; reasons filed
New Jersey·Title 21 EXPLOSIVES AND FIREWORKS
If the commissioner denies an application for a certificate of registration, he shall file in his office a statement of the reasons therefor and furnish the applicant with a copy of the same.
