§ 19:63-25 — Powers exercised over mail-in voting.
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
25.The county board of elections, the county clerk, the superintendent of elections and the commissioner of registration shall exercise the same powers over mail-in voting as over other voting in elections, except as otherwise provided by law. L.2009, c.79, s.25.
