§ 19:58-31 — Powers of county board, clerk, superintendent and commissioner over voting by presidential ballot

New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
The county board of elections, the county clerk, the superintendent of elections and the commissioner of registration shall exercise the same powers over voting by Presidential ballots as over other voting in elections except as otherwise provided in this act. L.1964, c. 134, s. 31.
