Text
For the purpose of preventing fraudulent registration and voting, the commissioner of registration in counties having a superintendent of elections, and the county board in all other counties, may, at any time deemed necessary, utilize the procedures set forth by R.S. 19:31-15 and by R.S. 19:32-5. L.1974, c. 30, s. 18.
