Text
To such statement shall be added a certificate in the following form: We certify the foregoing to be a true and correct statement of the result of the primary election held in such district at the time above stated and that it correctly exhibits the total number of names of persons entitled to vote, the entire number of votes cast for each political party at such election, the total number of ballots rejected belonging to each party respectively; also the number of votes received by any person who is a candidate of any party for any office or position named on any ballot or ballots cast at such election. In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands this ........................... day of ....................... one thousand nine hundred and ...................... . ..................
