Text

If a voter who desires to vote in the same political party box in which he voted at the next preceding primary election is challenged, he shall take an oath or affirmation, to be administered by a member of the district board in the following form: "You do solemnly swear (or affirm) that you are a member of the political party (specifying the political party in which ballot box the affiant voted at the next preceding primary election); that at the last election for members of the general assembly at which you voted you voted for a majority of the candidates of said party nominated for national, state and county offices, and that you intend to support the candidates of said party at the ensuing election, and that you are not ineligible or otherwise disqualified by law to vote in this party
