§ 19:44A-38 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
The Election Law Enforcement Commission may adopt such rules and regulations as may be required to implement the provisions of this act and to carry out its purpose. L.1974, c. 26, s. 13, eff. May 6, 1974.
