§ 19:29-9 — Form and effect of judgment

New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
If the judgment be against the incumbent, and he has already received a certificate of election, the judgment shall annul it. If the judge finds that no person was duly elected, the judgment shall be that the election be set aside. Amended by L.1953, c. 19, p. 344, s. 39.
