§ 19:29-7 — Witnesses required to testify
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
The judge may require any person called as a witness who voted at such election to answer touching his qualification as a voter, and if the court, from his examination, or otherwise, is satisfied that he was not a qualified voter in the election district where he voted, he may compel him to disclose for whom he voted. Amended by L.1953, c. 19, p. 344, s. 37.
