Text
The court may compel the attendance of any officer of such election and of any other person capable of testifying concerning the same, and also compel the production of all ballot boxes, books, papers, tally lists, ballots and other documents which may be required at such hearing. The style, form and manner of service and process and papers, and the fees of officers and witnesses, shall be the same as in the Superior Court in other cases, as far as the nature of the case admits. Amended by L.1953, c. 19, p. 344, s. 36.
