§ 18A:7F-66 — Efficiency of expenditures.

2.In the case of a school district that receives commercial valuation stabilization aid pursuant to section 1 of this act, the commissioner may take such action as is deemed necessary and appropriate to ensure the efficiency of school district expenditures. L.2015, c.143, s.2.
