19.Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, for the 2008-2009 school year a district's district aid percentage calculated for purposes of the provisions of section 10 of P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-10) shall equal the percentage calculated for the 2001-2002 school year. L.2007, c.260, s.19.
