§ 18A:72A-67 — Approval for entry into agreements.

9.The authority shall not enter into an agreement with an institution of higher education unless the Secretary of Higher Education has approved the acquisition of the higher education technology infrastructure by the institution. L.1997, c.238, s.9; amended 2012, c.42, s.14.
