§ 18A:72A-6 — Expenses of authority
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be payable from funds provided the authority therefor, and no liability or obligation shall be incurred by the authority hereunder beyond the extent to which moneys shall have been provided therefor. L.1967, c.271.
