1.In addition to the powers and duties with respect to dormitories and revenue-producing facilities given under the provisions of this chapter, the board of trustees of a State college shall have the following powers with respect to any educational facility, as defined in N.J.S. 18A:72A-3: a. To enter into any conveyance, lease, sublease, or loan agreement of the type provided for in N.J.S. 18A:72A-26, N.J.S.18A:72A-27, and N.J.S.18A:72A-27.1 with the authority, with respect to the acquisition, construction and financing of any educational facility; b. To enter into any other agreement with the authority, with respect to the acquisition, construction or financing of an educational facility according to terms and conditions which the authority and the board of trustees shall determine in a
