§ 18A:64G-29 — Rights of state in former medical school; transfer
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
In order to carry out the purposes of this act and to provide the program of medical and dental education required for the benefit of the State and the people of New Jersey, all rights of the State of New Jersey in the Rutgers Medical School are hereby transferred to the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. The college is hereby authorized to acquire the facilities of Rutgers Medical School and devote the same to the purposes of public higher education in the State in accordance with section 2 of this act and with the terms of any gift, grant, trust, contract or other agreement with the State or any of its political subdivisions or with the United States or with any public body, department or any agency of the State or the United States or with any individual, firm or corporati
