§ 18A:64-73 — Liquidated damages
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Any purchase, contract or agreement made pursuant to this article may include liquidated damages for the violation of any of the terms and conditions thereof or the failure to perform the contract or agreement in accordance with its terms, conditions or the terms and conditions of this article. L. 1986, c. 43, s. 22, eff. July 9, 1986.
