Any person willfully authorizing, consenting to, making or procuring to be made payment of State College funds for or on account of any purchase, contract or agreement known to him to have been made or entered into in violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1969, c. 145, s. 7.
