2.The association shall consist of seven voting members to be appointed as follows: one member from each member institution's boards of trustees, appointed by the members thereof. In addition the presidents of the member institutions shall serve as ex officio, nonvoting members. Members shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses.
