§ 18A:64-44 — College student government association; compliance with act
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Each college student government association to which student fee moneys are allocated by the college, whether or not it is an auxiliary organization subject to the provisions of this act, shall comply with the provisions of section 18 of this act. L.1982, c. 16, s. 19, eff. April 1, 1982.
