§ 18A:64-41 — Expenses; liability in tort or contract
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Expenses incurred by an auxiliary organization shall be payable from funds raised by the organization, and no liability or obligation, in tort or contract, shall be incurred by the State for the operation of such an organization. L.1982, c. 16, s. 16, eff. April 1, 1982.
