2.The Kelsey School of Industrial Arts building located at the corner of West State and Willow Streets, designated as 101 West State Street, City of Trenton, County of Mercer, and State of New Jersey, along with adjacent properties known as 105 through 115 West State Street, City of Trenton, County of Mercer, and State of New Jersey are hereby designated for the exclusive use by and in support of the academic and administrative activities of Thomas A. Edison State College. L.1993,c.116,s.2.
