§ 18A:64-21.5. Tenure, pension rights
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Nothing in this amendatory and supplementary act shall be so construed as to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any other right or protection provided that person under any pension law or retirement system of this State. L. 1986, c. 42, s. 16, eff. July 9, 1986.
