Text
As used in this act "nonprofit nonpublic school" means an elementary or secondary school in this State, other than a public school, organized and operated not for profit, offering education for grades kindergarten through 12, or any combination thereof, wherein a child may legally fulfill compulsory school attendance requirements and which complies with the requirements of Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act (P.L. 88-352). L.1977, c. 55, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1977.
