Text

The Commissioner of Education, the State Board of Education and the Local Finance Board are each hereby authorized and empowered to consider any application of any school district with respect to additional State school building aid under this act in connection with any educational facilities authorized to be undertaken pursuant to Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes notwithstanding that such facilities were authorized or approved prior to the taking effect of this act. The State board shall, within 1 year from the effective date of this act and during each succeeding year, review the status of educational facilities of each school district, which is entitled to receive additional State building aid pursuant to this act.
