Text
If the cause for exclusion under this article is such that it can be remedied, and the parent, guardian or other person having control of the pupil excluded shall fail within a reasonable time to have the cause for the exclusion removed, the parent, guardian or other person shall be proceeded against, and upon conviction, be punishable as a disorderly person. L.1967, c.271.
