§ 18A:40-6 — In general
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The board of education of any district may provide such equipment, supplies, and services as in its judgment will aid in the preservation and promotion of the health of the pupils, subject to the provisions of section 18A:18-5.1. L.1967, c.271.
