2.In the 2006-2007 school year and in each school year thereafter, each board of education which operates an educational program for public school students in grades 7 through 12 shall: a. ensure that posters providing information on the provisions of the "New Jersey Safe Haven Infant Protection Act," P.L.2000, c.58 (C.30:4C-15.5 et al.), are prominently displayed in the school nurse's office and health education classrooms; b. have pamphlets and other educational materials providing information about the safe haven procedures available in the guidance office of every public school with students in grades 7 through 12 for free distribution to students; and c. utilize, for the purposes of this section, informational pamphlets, posters and other educational materials distributed by the Depa
