§ 18A:40-34 — Regulations adopted by Commissioner of Education relative to children's health care coverage.

3.The Commissioner of Education, in consultation with the Commissioner of Human Services and pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt regulations to: a. provide for the implementation by the board of education in each school district of such procedures by each public elementary and secondary school in the district as the commissioner deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of subsection h. of section 5 of P.L.2005, c.156 (C.30:4J-12); and b. facilitate and provide for the participation of nonpublic elementary and secondary schools in the enrollment initiative created pursuant to subsection h. of section 5 of P.L.2005, c.156 (C.30:4J-12).
