§ 18A:40-29 — Nonpublic school may decline nursing services

7.A nonpublic school may decline the nursing services which are required or permitted under sections 3 and 4 of this act by submitting written notification to the board of education from the appropriate administrator of the nonpublic school. L.1991,c.226,s.7.
