A board of education may provide, at public expense, the necessary equipment, materials and services for immunizing pupils from the diseases which pupils are required to be immunized against by the State Sanitary Code or for diseases against which immunization may be recommended by the State Department of Health L.1967, c.271; amended by L.1974, c. 150, s. 3, eff. Nov. 11, 1974.
