Text
Any pupil failing to comply with the rules of the board of education relating to the determination of the presence of tuberculosis or any order issued by a school officer pursuant to such rules may be excluded from school. L.1967, c.271; amended by L.1977, c. 63, s. 4, eff. April 15, 1977.
