§ 18A:40-16 — Tuberculosis infection; determination of presence
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The board of education of every school district shall periodically determine or cause to be determined the presence or absence of tuberculosis infection in any or all pupils in public schools, and, with respect to frequency, procedure, and selection of pupils, shall comply with the rules of the State board. L.1967, c.271; amended by L.1977, c. 63, s. 2, eff. April 15, 1977.
