Text

9.The council shall have perpetual succession and shall have the following powers: a. To make, amend, and repeal rules and bylaws for its own governance and guidance not inconsistent with State or federal law; b. To adopt an official seal and alter the same at pleasure; c. To maintain an office at such place or places within the State as it may designate; and d. To sue and be sued in its own name and to retain legal counsel of its choosing. L.1994,c.48,s.9.
