§ 18A:3B-58 Executive committee.

13.The governing board of a public research university or a State college shall establish an executive committee composed of the chairman of the governing board, the vice-chairman, and the chairmen of any committees established by the board, and such other voting members as may be appointed by the board. The executive committee shall have a written charter that defines the committee's purpose, responsibilities, and its authority to act on behalf of the governing board between meetings of the full board. The committee shall keep minutes of its meetings. L.2009, c.308, s.13.
