4.The Department of Higher Education created by P.L.1967, c.271 (C.18A:3-1 et seq.) is abolished as a principal department in the Executive Branch of State Government and all of its functions, powers and duties, except as herein otherwise provided, are terminated. L.1994,c.48,s.4.
