26.This act shall not be construed to impair any vested rights, grants, charter rights, privileges, exemptions, immunities, powers, prerogatives, franchises or advantages continued, granted or obtained by Rutgers, The State University under the "Rutgers, The State University Law," N.J.S.18A:65-1 et seq., nor shall this act be construed to impose additional powers, duties or responsibilities upon Rutgers, The State University not contained within N.J.S.18A:65-1 et seq. L.1994,c.48,s.26.
