§ 18A:3B-24 — Equipment purchase, allocation of funds under C.18A:72A-49 et seq. transferred

24. The functions, powers and duties of the State Board of Higher Education, including the approval of the equipment purchase and allocation of funds, under the "Higher Education Facilities Trust Fund Act," P.L.1993, c.375 (C.18A:72A-49 et seq.) shall, following July 1, 1994, be exercised by the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education. Any final action taken by the State Board of Higher Education prior to July 1, 1994, including the approval of grants or allocation of funds, under this bond act shall be unaffected by the provisions of P.L.1994, c.48 (C.18A:3B-1 et al.) and is hereby ratified and confirmed. The membership of the "Higher Education Facilities Trust Fund Board" shall include the chair and vice-chair of the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education in the place of the members of the State Board of Higher Education and the Chancellor of Higher Education.
