In every contract for the transportation of pupils to and from school entered into by a board of education, the costs of furnishing the liability insurance coverage required under N.J.S. 18A:39-6 shall be based on the insurance rate applicable only to such transportation. L.1973, c. 248, s. 1, eff. Nov. 26, 1973.
