§ 18A:39-1b — Furnishing of district information

3.Each school district shall furnish to the Department of Education the information necessary for the department to complete a comparison of transportation costs, so that equitable adjustments may be made in the amount of the payments in lieu of transportation required pursuant to N.J.S.18A:39-1. L.1992,c.33,s.3.
