Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to alter any existing school district boundary or to alter any district's eligibility for federal funds pursuant to Pub. L. 81-874, 20 U.S.C. s. 237 et seq. or similar subsequent legislation. L. 1988, c. 105, s. 5.
