Text
As used in this act, "multi-district federal enclave" means a contiguous piece of federal property which is located entirely or partially within the geographic boundaries of a county of the second class with a population of not less than 315,000 and not more than 400,000 according to the 1980 federal decennial census and which federal property is located within more than one school district. L. 1988, c. 105, s. 2.
