§ 18A:38-4 — Free attendance to persons over age
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The public schools of any district shall be free also to such persons, over the age of 20 years, who, except for age, would be entitled to free education in the district, as the board of education of the district shall determine. L.1967, c.271.
