§ 18A:37-47 — Report to Governor, Legislature.

10.At the conclusion of the pilot program, the commissioner shall submit a report to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), the Legislature. The report shall contain information on the implementation of the pilot program and shall include the commissioner's recommendation on the feasibility of expanding the program to other school districts in the State. The report shall also include copies of the reports submitted to the commissioner by the pilot school districts pursuant to section 8 of this act. L.2019, c.412, s.10.
