§ 18A:36C-6 — Contract, filing of organizational document.

6. a. The nonprofit entity and the renaissance school district in which the renaissance school project will be located shall enter into a contract setting forth the terms and conditions for the renaissance school project including, but not limited to, the operation, management, and funding of the renaissance school project. The contract shall be submitted to the commissioner for approval. b. The nonprofit entity shall file with the commissioner an organizational document for the renaissance school project setting forth: the name of the renaissance school project, the grade levels of the school, the location of the school, and the total enrollment of the school; the mission statement for the renaissance school project; the curriculum for the renaissance school project; the length of the renaissance school project school day and school year; and such other information as the commissioner may require.
