a.The chief administrative officer of every nonpublic school required to prepare a Consumer Confidence Report pursuant to the "Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996,"42 U.S.C.s.300f et al., or who receives a Consumer Confidence Report from the owner or operator of a public community water system, shall post each Consumer Confidence Report the chief administrative officer prepares or receives in a conspicuous location near each major entrance to the nonpublic school.
