Text
The "designated State official" for this State shall be the Secretary of the State Board of Examiners. The designated State official shall enter into contracts pursuant to Article III of the agreement only with the approval of the specific text thereof by the State Board of Education upon recommendation by the State Board of Examiners and the Commissioner of Education. L.1969, c. 114, s. 2, eff. June 26, 1969.
